Lets talk about stress and anxiety. It’s OK to not be OK.

Right now we are all living a little bit differently. We all have more worries and stresses than ever before. How is everyone coping and what is making your day a bit easier. The more we share the better we will all be.

I am finding not being able to check on my Dad because he is 120 miles away a real worry. He could be up to anything up there, I hope he is as safe as he says is and is eating ok. I phone him everyday.

What is your main worry?
